BTS‘ Jin is gearing up to release his second solo album, Echo, due on May 16. Echo is the follow-up to Jin’s solo debut, Happy, from last year.   Jin’s upcoming album will include a total of 7 tracks – “Don’t Say You Love Me,” “Nothing Without Your Love, “Loser (feat. Yena),” “Rope It,” “Travel with the Clouds,” “Background,” and “To Me Today.”

A statement announcing the project reads: “Aiming to connect on a deeper level with fans through music, Echo offers Jin’s perspective on universal life experiences, capturing everyday emotions with warmth and sincerity. Built on dynamic band sounds, the album showcases his versatile vocals across a spectrum of moods and styles. It reflects a deeper layer of vocal maturity and personal storytelling that underscores Jin’s evolving artistry.”

Jin was the last member of BTS to release a full solo project. BTS has been on a break since June 2022 to allow its members to complete their mandatory South Korean military service, with originally stated plans for the outfit to re-assemble sometime this year. Jin completed his mandatory military duty in South Korea last summer

Jin also officially announced his first-ever solo tour #RUNSEOKJIN_EP.Tour set to visit nine cities around the globe. The tour will kick off with a two-night run in Goyang, South Korea from June 28-29 at Goyang Auxiliary Stadium, before heading to Chiba and Osaka in Japan. The first two shows in Korea will be available for livestreaming via Weverse.
